Our standard terms and conditions are subject to the following list:
Registration for attendees:
Once we receive your complete your registration form, full payment must be complete either by credit card immediately or within 7 working/business days from the actual date of invoice. All payments without credit card are subject to a £49 + VAT (£49 plus VAT) per registration processing fee. Furthermore, we reserve the right of refusal admission if payment is not complete prior to the conference, as such payment must be complete before the event taking place.
Discounts for attendees:
You may receive a discount only once and this discount is not to be combined with any other discount. All discounted registration must conduct payment prior to the cut-off date of the discount deadline. Furthermore, all discounted offered by Business Dialogue this includes all team discounts must make payment at the time of the registration.
Event and Registration Cancellation, Event Rescheduling and Registered Attendee Replacement Policy:
Registered attendees can exchange their place with another colleague within their organization; you may provide reasonable notice to Business Dialogue of the substitution up to 7 working/business days prior to the event.
If an event is rescheduled or canceled by Business Dialogue for any reason and the attendee cannot or will not attend the rescheduled date, you may receive a 100% credit for the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another event organized by Business Dialogue provided there is mutual agreement within one year of the credit date.
All cancellations must be submitted with 7 working/business days prior to the event; the attendee will receive a 85% credit to be used at another Business Dialogue event occurring within a year from the issuance date of this credit. A 15% is retained by Business Dialogue to cover both initial registration and current cancellation costs and for permission of cancellations. Furthermore; all cancellations occurring after the 7 working/business days will not receive a credit.
Business Dialogue is not held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a cancellation, rescheduling, date or alteration of an event. Furthermore, while speakers, sessions and topics are confirmed at the time of producing an event, circumstances beyond the control of the Business Dialogue may require alterations, cancellations and further exchange speakers/topics. Therefore Business Dialogue holds the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or subjects of necessary without any liability to you of any kind. All changes are made known on the product web page.
Business Dialogue assumes no liability of any kind if the event is canceled, rescheduled or postponed due to a unexpected event and or situation; unforeseen occurrence; God and/or Gods’ intervention and or any other situations; or events that may render performance of the actual event taking place; making it impracticable, illegal or impossible. Furthermore, this also includes extreme weather, labor strike, earthquakes, tsunami, war, fire, and act of terrorism, anarchy and/or other emergencies.
Data Usage subject to GDPR requirements:
Kindly note when submitting your personal, company data, email, telephone and or any other information through the website and or via social media forms and or otherwise. The collected data is stored according to GDPR requirements, the submitted data is not sold and or shared with any individual and or company externally. All marketing emails and or email updates, including free webinar registrations via Mailchimp or SendinBlu email softwares among other adhere to GDPR requirement. For instance both Mailchimp and SendinBlu are our trusted partners as well as any other email software partner that we may utilize are GDPR compliant. You will receive an email as a direct result of your permission to be include within the newsletter and or agreed to receive relevant information and free access for the conference topics of your choice. This includes all LinkedIn enquiry forms, website enquiry forms, newsletters as well as any other form submissions. You are at all time afforded the permission to 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of every email and or email us back to be removed, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to be removed from the list. Thereafter you are permanently deleted from our data subject to GDPR regulation, while an electronic copy of your request is kept for up to three years.
